I did wish the air conditioning worked better. it struggled a bit on the hotter days. Otherwise, the staff were super friendly, always ready with a smile.

I appreciated that the staff promptly provided tea-making facilities when I requested them. The indoor pool had a refreshing vibe, though it could use a bit more cleanliness. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately, especially on warmer days. Another downside was the room's awkward layout which made it feel cramped at times. While the bar had some entertainment, it felt quite small, which limited the atmosphere during the evening. Resorting to stairs with a pram was quite inconvenient, particularly with my child. the stay was enjoyable, but a few adjustments could elevate the comfort level significantly.
